Exchange Policy

• Exchanges Only: We have a policy that allows exchanges only; refunds are not provided. Exchanges will be accepted only for items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please reach out to us at orders@blissovi.com.au.
• Original Condition: For items to be eligible for exchange, they must be returned in their original condition (e.g., sarees with unaltered folds) within 7 days of receipt.
• Hygiene Notice: Saree blouses cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons.
• Sizing: When purchasing ready-to-wear clothing, please review the size charts to reduce the likelihood of returns.
• Shipping Costs: Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Note that these shipping fees are non-refundable. All shipping expenses related to returns must be paid by the customer.
• Transit Time: The time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may differ based on your location.
• Trackable Shipping: For returns of items valued at over $50, we advise considering a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
